CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, and for any no-shows a 25% cancellation fee will also be applied. Please arrive on scheduled time & ensure your eyes are free from makeup or any other impurities before appointment. Disclaimer: We kindly inform you that IF you arrive with heavily soiled lashes and require a more extensive lash shampooing due to significant makeup buildup or other factors prior to your service, please note that a (Lash Bath Deep Clean) fee of $7 will be automatically added to your service.
